Planning an event? Follow these four simple steps to reserve and enjoy the Saddlebrook Clubhouse.

    Read the Rental Agreement

    Please review the Clubhouse Rental Agreement before making your reservation.

    Book the Clubhouse

    Choose an available date and time for your event.

    Pay the Rental Fee

    The clubhouse rental fee is $75.

    Payment is made through the Homeowner Portal.

    Clean Up

    After your event, please leave the clubhouse clean and ready for the next homeowner.

    Please clean the clubhouse, remove all trash and personal belongings, return tables and chairs to their proper locations, and make sure the clubhouse is left in good condition.

Clubhouse Amenities

  • Accommodates up to 50 people
  • Kitchen with sink and mid-sized refrigerator
  • Separate men's and women's restrooms
  • Wi-Fi
  • Large-screen TV
  • Apple TV / Amazon Fire Stick

Tables & Chairs

  • Seven (7) 6-foot rectangular banquet tables
  • Two (2) 8-foot rectangular tables
  • 50 padded chairs

Kitchen Notice

The kitchen does NOT have an oven, stove, dishwasher, or garbage disposal.

No food of any kind may be placed down the kitchen sink or restroom toilets.

Pool & Playground

The pool and playground are adjacent to the clubhouse.

  • Clubhouse renters may use the pool and playground during their event until dusk/dark.
  • The pool and playground remain community amenities and may still be used by other Saddlebrook residents during a private clubhouse rental.
  • Both the pool and playground close at dusk/dark.

Parking

Parking is limited to:

  • 20 vehicle spaces
  • 2 accessibility spaces

Clean-Up & Departure

Renter Responsibilities

  • All garbage must be taken with you when you leave.
  • Please wipe down the countertops and sink.

Cleaning Supplies

Available in the closet next to the men's restroom:

  • Dust mop
  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Brooms
  • Wet mop
  • Bucket

Before Leaving

  1. Reset the A/C to 80 degrees.
  2. Turn off all lights.
  3. Make sure all doors are locked.
  4. Empty the trash can and take the trash bag with you.
  5. Return the clubhouse key to the onsite key box located outside the front door.
